Do Pool Chemicals Expire?

Example: You don’t open the pool for a whole year and you have leftover chemicals contained in original container, will they expire and stop working?

    They should still be ok, as long as the containers were closed tightly. The only problem you may have is they may lose some of their potency. Good luck.

    as long as the stay dry they’re fine. Heat may also alter the chems but rarely does this happen due to if they did get hot enough they run a risk of combustion. I’m in Texas and run a pool store so I’ve seen it all
