Tool Advice….when Installing A Hot Tub, Would The Tools Used Rust If Exposed To Rain? See Details?

I ask this question because a hot tub installer found a dead body years ago after he pulled to the side of a highway exit because it had started to rain and he was concerned about the tools in the back of his pickup truck getting wet. He wanted to cover them. I guess I wonder what type of tools are used to install hot tubs.

what difference does it make, whoever installs it, hopefully would have removed his tools before he fills it…
therefore his tool’s won’t get wet and won’t go rusty….
    is this a wind up…………………..?
