Need Suggestions On How To Start A Little Neighborhood Service Business Doing Misc Jobs. Any Suggestions??

I live in a pretty up and coming neighborhood that has a pretty wide variety of residents that includes a single families, hopsital residents, rental property owners and fair majority of older families that have been in the neighborhood for over 40 years. (Potential clients).
Possibly services provided but not limited to.
