I first turned off the power to the hot tub.Then I drained the hot tub and put new water in it now it wont heat up any at all. How can I fix this?

There are two breaker boxes and the meter panel. The outside breaker has 3 breakers for the A/C and one 100amp(labeled “main”) that must go to the inside sub breaker. When I flip that “main” outside breaker the A/C continues to operate.

If you keep the water circulating constantly ( including flow through chlorinators etc) there’s no problem. Moving water doesn’t freeze. The issue you’ll have, is that if your area suffers some sort of power outage during the winter, you’ll get a freeze. There’s your risk.
