I’m 15 and I joined a health club that has a hot tub, steam rooms and saunas and I have Cystic Fibrosis. Are these things good to use or not with my condition and for how long at a time?

I am not super partial to hot tubs – they are usually too hot or not hot enough. If they smell of chlorine, and the water is clean and does not have a foamy scum, they are safe. The chlirine kills anything that can harm you.
