The Grout On My Swimming Pool Has Turned Black. It Is Only 1 1/2 Years Old..i Am Told It Is Algae.?

the water, vacuuming and brushing is done every few days..the water is tested for proper water treatment..
i am having the pool re-grouted and want to find out is there a way to avoid this problem in the future. is there a grout mfg who has a product that will prevent the grout from going black..
